Mag. Hans Auer states,
the goal of the Fitness-Concept workout program is to reach an average performance level on the fitness pyramid, which we have chosen to be our logo.

The three orange colored bars of our logo at the left edge of the fitness pyramid represent the three levels of fitness:

  • Highest level of performance (level 1-3)
4-5 regular workouts per week: sportsmen and women motivated above average. Professional athletes may perform even above that but often have problems with endurance – which is what really counts with fitness.

  • Intermediate level of performance (level 4-6)
About two endurance trainings per week (biking, jogging, hiking, studio, etc) and well-balanced power training - especially to strengthen your back. This is the level you should strive for!

  • Lower level of performance (level 7-9)
Little stamina, often in combination with overweight/excessive body fat.

Training makes you happy

Mag. Hans Auer, "Training is meant to strengthen your health and to increase your well-being. The best moment, of course is, when you are flooded with "happiness hormones" (endorphins), which help you to conquer your weaker self. However, not everybody reaches this level, and there is no use desperately running after it."

If your workout program does not make you happy, change your Fitness-Concept and take the chip-card greifen. If you feel too tired, there is a danger that you overdo it and without intervals for recreation your brain says, ’Stop it – please give me a rest!’ Then, time has come for professional performance diagnostics and to draw up a professional workout program – in short - your personal Fitness-Concept.
